We are changing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems. The Change-over will begin Wednesday, March 29 and will be completed by Tuesday, April 4th.
During this time, we may be unable to send electronic prescriptions. If your controlled prescription is due between our change over dates, please contact us to arrange a refill before March 28th.
The current patient portal messaging feature will be turned off from the old system on Monday, March 27, 2023. The new patient portal will be available on Tuesday, April 4th, and patients will be able to activate a new account with Medent Patient Portal.
Please allow extra time the first time visiting the practice after March 29, as we will need patients or the patient representative to:
- Electronically sign all consent forms, the Privacy notice, and any other registration forms.
- Provide a driver’s license and insurance card.
- Verify detailed patient profile/history.
