Dr. Chris Craig
Dr. Craig received a Bachelor of Finance from the University of Maryland at College Park in 1988. He received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine in 2004 from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed the Virginia Commonwealth University Residency program in June 2006. Dr. Craig is board certified in family medicine.
Dr. Joel Grant
Dr. Joel Grant received a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Texas in 1997. He received his Doctor of Medicine in 2001 from the University of Texas Medical Branch. He completed his residency program in Front Royal, Virginia in June 2004. Dr. Grant is board certified in family medicine.
Dr. Jennifer Carter
Dr. Jennifer Carter received a Bachelor of Sciences in Chemistry and Biology from Ohio University in 2001. She received her Doctor of Medicine in 2005 and completed her family medicine residency in 2008, both at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. She stayed on there as faculty until 2013, when she moved to Virginia to be closer to family. Dr. Carter practices the entire spectrum of family medicine and has particular interests in pediatrics and women’s health. She is board certified in family medicine.
Jordan Pacilla, NP-C
Jordan received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2010 from West Virginia University. She received a Master of Science in Nursing in 2019 from Chamberlain University. Jordan comes with over ten years of nursing experience from the emergency room, the trauma-surgical department, inpatient care, and from being a nursing instructor. She joined the practice in 2019 and enjoys all aspects of family medicine but has special interests in pediatrics. Jordan is board certified in family practice.
Kali Tichenor, FNP-C
Kali Tichenor is a Family Nurse Practitioner proudly serving the Stephens City, Virginia community. Originally from Charleston, West Virginia, she has called Stephens City home since 2015 and is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals and families across the lifespan.
Kali earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Charleston, where she developed a strong clinical foundation while working in the emergency department. She went on to complete her Family Nurse Practitioner degree at Shenandoah University in 2018, further expanding her skills in primary and preventive care.
Her clinical interests include pediatrics, women’s health, chronic disease management, and preventive medicine. Kali is dedicated to building meaningful relationships with her patients, focusing on education, early intervention, and personalized care to help each individual achieve their best health.
Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and listening to music.
Rileigh McClure, FNP-BC
Rileigh McClure is a Family Nurse Practitioner and Virginia native who is passionate about helping patients navigate their healthcare journey with confidence and support. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Shenandoah University in 2021 before completing her Master of Science in Nursing at George Mason University in 2025. Her clinical background includes inpatient post-surgical care and women’s health, where she developed strong experience caring for patients with diverse medical needs. Rileigh values creating a welcoming environment where patients feel heard, informed, and actively involved in their care.
